Workshop note: we work on selected bases and shapes in each material, and also on natural stone and other compatible rigid objects. If your substrate isn't on the list, or you need a fully bespoke shape or cut, tell us anyway — we assess it case by case.

There is no minimum order for custom projects: we can produce a one-off piece, a sample or a short run. The quote changes with design, material, technique and preparation time. For corporate campaigns or serial pieces it helps to set a target quantity to optimise unit cost.
We work by quote only: the price depends on the design, material, technique, quantity and preparation time. Tell us about your project and we’ll prepare a tailored proposal.
Yes. For logos, vector files in SVG, PDF, AI or EPS are ideal. For photos and portraits, the more resolution the better. If you only have PNG or JPG, we review it and tell you whether it works for production.
If the image you send isn’t of sufficient quality or the file is damaged and can’t be opened, we’ll let you know within 24 hours, explaining the issue and asking you to resend it.
Selected woods and boards, special acrylics, metals, slate, canvas, epoxy resin, vinyls, specialty papers, natural stone and other rigid substrates compatible with UV printing. On glass, ceramic and tile we print directly; for large or curved pieces we use UV DTF.
Before production, the workshop sends you a render by email or WhatsApp showing how your piece will look, with the chosen photo and style. Production starts once you approve it.
Once you approve the design and we confirm payment, your piece leaves the workshop within 72 business hours. Add the courier transit time (Correos), usually 72 to 96 business hours in mainland Spain. We control the dispatch time; delivery depends on the carrier.
Care depends on the type of piece. Every order includes care guidelines (water, light, heat) together with the warranty certificate against manufacturing defects.
Contact us by email or WhatsApp with photo evidence of the problem. Every piece leaves the workshop individually inspected, as stated on the warranty certificate included with your order. If the damage occurred in transit, or it’s a production defect on our side, we’ll replace the piece at no cost.
