Terms of service

1. Scope

Ligna Milano designs and produces custom objects, decorative items, gifts, wedding details, corporate gifts, souvenirs and premium stationery through full-colour UV printing, 3D relief and texture, selective varnish and UV DTF transfers. Other techniques such as laser cutting and engraving or 3D printing may be offered in the future. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this website does not operate as an automated online shop, but as a channel for information, briefing and quote requests.

2. Quotes

Quotes are prepared based on the information provided by the customer: product, quantity, material, dimensions, final artwork, technique, deadline, packaging and complexity. A quote is not considered accepted until expressly confirmed by both parties.

If, during technical validation, changes to material, dimensions, file, deadline or process arise, the quote may be adjusted.

3. Files, logos and third-party rights

The customer declares that they hold sufficient rights or authorisation to use logos, trademarks, images, texts, photographs or designs sent to Ligna Milano. Ligna Milano may reject orders that infringe third-party rights, applicable regulations or brand criteria.

4. Proofs and validation

For projects that require it, Ligna Milano may send a sample, render, mockup or technical proof. The customer's approval validates the design, text, dimensions, orientation, approximate colour and visible elements, except for a technical error attributable to Ligna Milano.

5. Personalisation and variations

Custom products may show reasonable variations in tone, grain, texture, position, relief intensity, finish or tolerances resulting from the material and process. In natural materials or pre-existing surfaces, variation is part of the technical result.

6. Payments, cancellations and returns

Payment terms will be indicated in each quote. For custom orders, once production has started, the work cannot be cancelled or returned except in the case of a defect, production error or breach attributable to Ligna Milano.

7. Deadlines

Deadlines are estimated pending final confirmation of the project, availability of materials, receipt of correct files and acceptance of the quote. Delays caused by customer changes, lack of information, suppliers or force majeure may modify the schedule.

8. Delivery

Dispatch within 72 business hours, once the customer approves the design and payment is confirmed. This is the time to leave the workshop; the transit time depends on the carrier.

The delivery method — pickup or shipping — will be defined case by case. If a logistics operator is involved, the transport times and conditions will depend on that provider.

9. Limitation of liability

Ligna Milano will be liable for production defects attributable to its work, within the legally applicable limits and the agreed terms. It will not be liable for errors arising from defective files, incorrectly submitted texts, non-existent authorisations, unapproved changes or incomplete customer instructions.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals under the applicable regulations.

In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
